B R E A T H W O R K
There are a variety of ways in which you can work with me using Breathwork. I offer individual and group sessions. They can both be accessed in person or online. Please reach out if you have any customized requests and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Individual
A 120-minute individualized session tailored to supporting you through anything you might be going through at the moment or if you’re simply curious about trying this practice. These can be accessed either in person in Vernon, BC or online. Individual sessions can be experienced as a single session or with a group package of sessions.
Exchange:
Private Session - $150CAD. Sliding scale available upon request
Package of 3 Private Sessions - $425CAD
Package of 6 Private Sessions - $800CAD
Group
A 90-minute group session often centred around a specific theme. These sessions highlight the power of healing in community and through our shared experience of so many of the aspects that make up the unique experience of being human. These are offered monthly online or throughout the year as part of private containers. There are also options to do in person groups throughout the community.
Group Session Exchange: $30CAD. Sliding Scale available always.
